A date and time is scheduled and the session starts with an introduction to reiki and any intentions you may have. You will then lie down and relax as I call on Spirit and direct healing energy your way for about 20 minutes. During this time you may experience warm or cool sensations or a feeling of energy rush through your body. We may also visualize colors or images. We will feel relaxed and energized at the end of the session. We will then conclude with a follow up discussion about any results.
