Raise your vibration

​Meditation to open your crown chakra.  Breath in white light to the top your head.  Exhale white light around your body to fill every cell. Expand that white light, further, brighter,

fill the house,
fill your street,
fill your neighborhood,
fill your state,
fill your country,
